The work is a couple of clips selected from family home movies my father
made in the early sixties with a Yashica 8mm camera. We were amateur film
makers enthusiastically documenting the family at play. My father was always
a willing ‘actor’ who relished seeing his image on film, for me
the delight of being a film maker collapsed as soon as I became the subject
of the camera lens.
